By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Rukh Technologies provides an email verification API that checks the deliverability of email addresses through multi-layered validation including syntax verification, DNS/MX record lookup, SMTP connection testing, and disposable/catch-all domain detection. The Service does not send emails to the addresses being verified.

Each pricing plan includes specific API call limits and rate limits. Usage beyond your plan limits may result in throttling, additional charges, or temporary suspension. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.
We strive to maintain 99.9% API uptime. However, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
While we strive for the highest possible accuracy in email verification results, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Email verification results are based on real-time conditions at the time of the request and may vary due to:

The Service, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Rukh Technologies and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not store the email addresses submitted for verification. We process email addresses in real-time and discard them immediately after returning results. For enterprise customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please contact us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rukh Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rukh Technologies from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any outstanding balances become due.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
